CHROME N RUST FEATURE CAR

1975 MONZA 2+2

THIS is a ‘real-deal’ EX-STREET RACER.  It was last registered and run in 1978.  The drivetrain was pulled and the car was stored indoors for over 30 years!  The body is RUST FREE!  The interior is also in good condition.  Under the car is the original 3.73 POSI rear end.  The axles have been swapped to 5 lug.

I personally raced and beat this car with my 289 ’65 Falcon.  It was running the original 4.3L (262ci.) V-8 with a set of Hooker Headers.  The 262 blew up shortly afterwards.  An LT-1 350 and 400 turbo was swapped in by its new owners and the car was a regular fixture at the local street races. (Red Deer AB still doesn’t have a drag strip.)  The engine and trans were then pulled and the car changed hands a couple of times before I acquired the car.

I have too many projects to do before I would even think about putting this car back on the road.  It deserves to be brought back to life- perhaps with an LS or high winding small block.  Remember: this is a RUST-FREE body, and the car has local provenance.  $5000. buys it.
