I can’t say how long it’s been since I last posted something here.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong> It’s been that kind of year.\u00a0 In the last few years we have been warned about some ‘pandemic’ somewhere else in the world- which didn’t amount to shit.\u00a0 This one is a whole ‘nother kettle of fish.\u00a0 Started in a Chinese fish market? Uh huh.<\/p>\n

ALL I can say is this year has been one for the books.\u00a0 Did you know there was also a ‘pandemic’ back in 1919?\u00a0 It was called the Spanish Flu.\u00a0 A quick check on google says it was actually H1N1, also called swine flu.\u00a0 Millions died then too.<\/p>\n

ON a more personal front, at least it looks like no one has brought the corona virus to the chrome n rust <\/em>world headquarters (yet). Speaking of Corona, I could use a beer. Mrs. Chrome N Rust and myself have been using the ‘canary in a coal mine test’ as the best means to prove we are not infected. After all, if she caught it, I would be the first to know- and catch it.\u00a0 Same goes the other way.\u00a0 I’m not having some nimrod stuff a swab half-way to my brain to give the new world order a sample of my DNA.<\/p>\n

SURE, I sound like one of those tinfoil helmet conspiracy theory kooks. So what?\u00a0 I would rather error on the side of caution, then help load myself onto a cattle car. (WWII reference here- look it up.)\u00a0 The fact is that for all of the talk of need to isolate and self-distance, not much has changed from business as usual. The government f*#king up the economy has already done that.<\/p>\n

ON the automotive side of things, there are still TONS <\/em>of cool parts and project vehicles to be had out in the yard.\u00a0 So, if you aren’t afraid, come on out and have a look before it is buried in the white stuff.\u00a0 Even mother nature seems to be part of the plot…
