Frankly, I couldn&#8217;t be happier.  When the <strong>two <\/strong>vehicles in question (one was just a body without even a frame under it) left the <em><strong>chrome n rust world headquarters<\/strong><\/em>, I was expecting both units were going to be parted out. Reason being that although there were enough parts to assemble a nearly complete car, it would require a considerable amount of labour to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   A few days prior to this, I was told that the Impala coupe body had been dropped on the &#8216;field car&#8217; rolling chassis at a mutual friend&#8217;s shop. I&#8217;d just call it a pleasant surprise. Knowing my friends, it wasn&#8217;t any surprise that the newly revived coupe had been dealt off to another project car seller. (<em>Perry&#8217;s Project Cars) <\/em>BTW. Some people might get their noses out of joint over this, but the outcome is that one more car became a viable project instead of becoming re-bar.  Any car lover can appreciate this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   This also is an example of how things were done in <em><strong>the old days. <\/strong><\/em>A little sweat equity could buy you things you couldn&#8217;t otherwise afford. Of course, there are the benefits of not paying the government. A win all around. Needless to say I still have a few vehicles that could use saving, so feel free to have a look at the rest of the website.
